You are simply invoiced at the end of each month based on the volume of documents you have sent with a monthly minimum charge of 75 €.

Fax on Demand

The charge for sending faxes is flat rate per page that depends on your location and the fax destination. The price per page for a domestic fax is 0.12€.

Cost savings are achieved through eliminated printer usage, fax machines, fax boards, and dedicated fax lines. Ongoing costs are reduced by saving on paper, phone calls, and fax line phone calls. However, the biggest potential cost savings are from eliminating workflow interruptions and manual handling costs associated with manual document preparation and printing, faxing, and waiting for confirmation.

The price for sending a business letter using Mail on Demand depends on factors such as use of color and the envelope size. Some sample pricing is provided below.
